“大千世界——张大千的艺术人生和艺术魅力”展览由首都博物馆主办，历时一年的精心筹备，以大千先生的艺术足迹为线索，调集首都博物馆、四川博物院、吉林省博物院、天津博物馆凝聚了大千先生功力才思的200余件书画、书札精品，再现大千先生的艺术人生和艺术魅力。
张大千是二十世纪中国画坛上最负盛名的艺术家，一生致力于传统绘画艺术的整理、发掘与创新，徐悲鸿先生尊其为“五百年来第一人”。

The "Art of Zhang Da Qian" exhibition was sponsored by the Capital Museum, China, which involved with one year careful preparation. Zhang Daqians artistic footsteps as a clue, the exhibition gathered more than 200 fine paintings and letters with his imaginative skills from Capital Museum, Sichuan Museum, Jilin Province Museum and Tianjin Museum.
Zhang Daqian was one of the 20th centurys most renowned Chinese Painting artists, who dedicated his life to the arrangement, excavation and innovation of traditional painting art. Mr Xu Beihong respected him as "the greatest person of the recent five hundred years".
